This is my plan drawing of the walls, gates, towers, etc of Jerusalem, about the time of Nehemiah’s return to the ruined city (around 444 B.C.).
The map plan shows Nehemiah’s route through the destroyed Valley gate, turning south and travelling down the Hinnom valley towards the dung gate, at the southern end of the walls of Jerusalem.
