Bible Reference & Map Description

This is my map of the Middle East, showing a possible route of Nehemiah, when he journeyed from Susa in the Persian empire to Jerusalem.

Date
Nehemiah made his epic journey during the reign of king Artaxerxes I, between 445 and 443 B.C. (13 years after Ezra).

Notice the figures on the border of the map.
If you look carefully at the map border you will see I have included some little black and white figures. I will add different figures to the borders of each map, adding characters that relate to the map subject.
