After your contract is cancelled, Bible Cartoons shall then require that you return the goods at your expense as soon as practicable, and that you take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged while in your possession or in transit.

Your full name
Your full address
Your telephone number
Your PayPal Transaction number
Your credit or debit card details for the refund (only required if you paid by card either by post or by phone) – Please don’t send your card details by email to us.
All products you wish to return for refund.
Bible Cartoons shall provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, and this shall be given by the same means of payment as used for the order.
We are not responsible for items returned that are lost in transit.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to withdraw from the contract at any time after we have accepted your order until 14 days from the day after you receive your order, provided that the goods are unused. Orders for digital content cannot be cancelled once the digital files have been supplied (at the end of the checkout), except for the following circumstances:
In keeping with the consumer contracts regulations, we will refund basic postage and packaging along with your order. If you paid for a higher level of P&P (e.g. Airmail, courier) then we will only refund the cost of basic P&P.
If you part cancel an order, we will only refund the difference between the P&P costs of your complete order and your remaining order.
Note: Additional shipping costs may be required if you live outside the UK. We will contact you in due course after your purchase to arrange any additional payment you may be asked to provide.
